Delivery

We offer door-to-door delivery on the following conditions:
1. The delivery address on the building floor needs to have a lift

2. There are no stairs or ramps during transportation

3. The building is located within 20 meters of the roadside.

4. The address provides delivery services throughout Hong Kong, including Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Tung Chung.

5. Roadside settlement in the countryside, villages, bungalows.

6. In remote areas, additional fees apply for stairs and slopes.

7. Outlying Islands, South Lantau, Discovery Bay and Ma Wan Restricted Areas are not included.

8. Does not include parking fees, customers must pay all parking or distance-related fees upon arrival of the truck

9. Orders will arrive within 3 to 14 days

*If no one is available to pick up at the address you provided at the time of delivery, we will charge you for the re-delivery when you reschedule the delivery.
